2. Copyright & Ownership

You retain full ownership of the content you provide to us. Final deliverables created under our services become your sole property once full payment has been made. AMZ Digital Publication does not claim ownership of your manuscript, book, or content.

3. Payment Terms

• Full payment is required in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Clients are responsible for all applicable taxes and transaction fees.
• Work will not begin until payment has been confirmed.

4. Revisions

Revisions must be requested within 14 calendar days of receiving the completed draft or project version. The number of revisions allowed depends on the service package purchased.

Urgent project timelines:

• Projects requested within 24 hours → up to 24-hour turnaround.
• Projects requested within 24–48 hours → up to 48-hour turnaround.
• Projects longer than 48 hours → up to 72-hour turnaround.

5. Project Conditions

• A consultation will be conducted before starting any project to confirm requirements.
• Any changes to project scope, timeline, or services must be agreed upon in writing by both parties.
• Delays caused by late submission of materials or approvals may extend the project timeline.

6. Refunds & Cancellations

Refund requests must be submitted before a manuscript is delivered or before design work has begun. All approved refunds are subject to deduction of transaction fees and the lesser of US $150 or 10% of the purchase price as a processing fee.

• Refunds are not available after 90 calendar days from the date of purchase.
• Once work such as editing, formatting, or design has started, a 75% service fee applies.
• Once final design work begins after client approval, a 50% service fee applies.
• No refunds will be issued after a final project has been fully approved by the client.

If you are dissatisfied with our services, you may submit a request within 7 calendar days of delivery. Requests will be reviewed according to our revision policy.

7. Service Limitations & Liability

Our services are limited to what is described on our website. We do not guarantee specific results such as book sales, rankings, or market success.

We are not liable for losses, damages, or claims resulting from:

• Delays, errors, or omissions in content.
• Data loss, system interruptions, or technical issues.
• Unauthorized use of content by third parties.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AMZ Digital Publication from claims related to your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

8. Email & SMS Communications

Consent: By providing your email address or phone number, you consent to receive project updates, service notifications, and publishing information.

Standard Charges: Messaging and data rates may apply according to your service provider.

Opt-Out Options:

• Emails: Use the “unsubscribe” link in any email.
• SMS: Reply “STOP” or “Unsubscribe” to opt out.

Your information remains confidential and will not be shared without consent, except where required by law.

9. Modifications

AMZ Digital Publication reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting on this page. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
